You will have a proven history of achievement in FMCG Sales within Germany.
Sound commercial understanding, with the confidence to make appropriate commercial decisions.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills (data manipulation and insight)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build, lead, negotiate and deliver commercially sound account plans; 
Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive and impactful presentations for key     customer meetings; 
Ability to efficiently work cross-functionally to build strong business plans
 
 
Main responsibilities
To manage and achieve agreed annual targets for sales revenue and profitability for appointed customer portfolio.
Monitor performance against budget for sales revenue & profit performance and advertising spend, report variances and develop/implement corrective action plans.
Develop customer account plans, and effectively implement key initiatives, including promotional planning, new product launches, assortment & distribution extension
Be key lead on planning and execution of all trade and shopper marketing plans, including retailer/trade adverts, promotional plans, in-store and online activity. 
 
Preparing compelling customer presentations and preparation for business review meetings to successfully inspire and facilitate JBP agreements.
Follow-up with customers for specific promotional activity to ensure accurate forecast planning and best-in-class execution
Ensure all customer agreements are documented and are in line with total business objectives.
Developing forward focused plans in line with business growth and brand plan objectives.
Be a brand ambassador in everything you do. 
To share local market insights on trends, competitor activity and best-practice.
