The Chief Property Officer (CPO) will empower, develop and lead the property and procurement division teams in the delivery of their services, ensuring they are aligned with strategic objectives and the company's mission and values.
The CPO position is responsible for capital planning and property strategy development from concept to implementation, as well as managing the property and procurement teams.
The responsibility of the CPO is the development of various real estate projects, all processes (project, feasibility, design, tender, procurement, construction processes, final account and license follow-up) during and after the leasing of all facilities (store, warehouse, etc.) In addition to its organization and conclusion, it creates and implements strategic business plans (supply, maintenance and repair, (capex-opex), lease agreement renewal, etc.) for the ongoing management of the existing real estate portfolio (store, warehouse, headquarters units).
- 15 years’ experience within all aspects of Real Estate Development and Management, market developments and retail distribution centers, office developments.
- Site selection specialist with uncanny ability to swiftly comprehend a new market/country for retail opportunities.
- Tertiary qualifications in either: property, construction, architecture, engineering, town planning, or an equivalent discipline
