Client Success Manager

Reporting to the Regional Director EMEA and working closely with the CEO and Chairman we are looking for a Client Success Manager, UK.
As the business  continues to scale, you will be the primary point of contact for UK-based clients and prospects. You will help clients coordinate marketing and operational activity across the business, conceive and execute strategies for achieving shared revenue targets. You will work with all areas of the business (Country Management, Technology, Finance, and Operations Teams) both at client level and within to coordinate successful outcomes for the Clients in your charge.

More specifically, you will:
Primary Relationship Holder: You will be the primary point of contact for UK Clients on requirements and shared strategy relating to user experience, marketing campaigns, marketing calendars, merchandising strategy, new product drops, product innovation, business development and operations.

You will nurture client relationships at all levels and help drive revenue for the business and Clients through the establishment of trust, common goals and a shared definition of success.

Voice of the Client:
You will be the voice of the Client conveying Client requirements on marketing campaigns, branding, and user experience to Local Success teams, ensuring that any Client issues are addressed and resolved quickly and efficiently, and feeding Client input into the feature innovation roadmap.
You will intimately understand how the client's global ecommerce business operates, what their goals are, what their operating and financial constraints are, and how to best help us both achieve success.

Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Become the business and brand expert: You will be an expert on the platform, our capabilities, our purpose and our ambition. You will help shape the product roadmap and product offering as the voice of our clients and prospects in EMEA, so that we are best positioned to maximise the client's prospects
