Vice President, Marketing
We are looking for a seasoned and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead and develop a world class marketing and merchandising organization. You will be responsible for developing and leading the team that executes country-specific marketing strategies for driving profitable new traffic to client sites, across all channels, on-site marketing strategies that increase conversion and optimize new customer acquisition across each market, merchandising strategies that optimize product pricing, product appeal and product discovery in each market, and the analytics function that ensures we are always data-driven and understand the consumer at a deep level no matter where they are. You will work cross-functionally with others in the product, technology and client success teams to plot our marketing and merchandising roadmap and ensure our clients achieve agreed KPIs and revenue targets., * Hire, manage, lead, coach and scale a team of marketing specialists spanning acquisition marketing, onsite-marketing, merchandising and analytics. * Develop and lead country-specific marketing strategies and playbooks for driving profitable traffic to our client sites, leveraging both an internal team of specialists across paid and organic local marketing channels and external local agency relationships. * Manage and improve performance of existing paid marketing campaigns and channels for existing clients, across SEO, SEM, email and paid social. * Collaborate with our clients on promotions management, marketing calendar management, marketing performance measurement, asset sharing and approval workflows. * Own and lead on designing and implementing marketing budget planning and allocations across paid channels based on client revenue goals and budgets. * Conduct accurate budget forecasting and predict the profitability of all channels at the country and client level. * Ensure proper attribution and channel analysis understanding with appropriate application of, different models (e.g. multi-touch, LTV). * Develop and distribute weekly and monthly marketing performance reports. * Partner with product, technology and UX and creative teams to ensure brand and creative integrity. * Work closely with the technology team to generate marketing feeds, automate marketing. processes and develop a data-driven and key items-approach towards acquisition marketing.
