Country Channel Commercial Manager - Lagos

The role will be based in Lagos and will be mainly responsible to manage the overall operations of the company by focusing primarily on developing and implementing sustainable growth commercial strategies for Digital, Wholesale and Retail channels.
 
Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, plan and implement commercial strategies for country, be they Digital, Retail & Wholesale and delivering targeted financial goals;
  • Develop country budget plans, forecasts and own the process for the country following group guidelines and processes;
  • Build a winning team;
  • Align functional goals and responsibilities and processes in country;
  • Implement efficient reporting structure to track, measure and analyse commercial metrics;
  • Organize & lead weekly, monthly, quarterly cross functional meetings where goals are clearly stated/understood, tracking results and reporting back to Headquarters;
  • Responsible for finding new store locations, negotiate rent deals and evaluate P&L and submit opportunities following company policies and profitability model;
  • Implement new customer acquisition strategies;
  • Drive Digital sales and profitability vis B2B and B2C strategies and initiatives;
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships;
  • Establish and manage long-term relationship with regional and headquarters’ stakeholders

 
Applicants must:

  • be proven leaders with experience in Brand Development
  • have knowledge of market requirements
  • be able to work effectively across different teams and cultures
  • possess a tertiary level of education such as MBA
  • have a passion for the Fashion & Sports industry
  • be Fluent in English (and in French and Arabic for Morocco).
