HR Manager

HR Manager required for this leading and growth QSR business. 
This will be a dynamic role in a growing company that hold a large portfolio of outlets  (120 branches) 
The role will report to the Operations Director and support all aspects of the business operations

Responsibilities:

 

  • Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practices with them.

  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance

  • Implement learning and development policies.

  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy.

  • Provide advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers.

  • Administer payroll and payroll records

  • Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies.

  • Manage talent and succession planning.

  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.

  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.

  • Support change management processes.

Qualifications

CIPD qualification is required.
An MBA in human resource management is an alternative.
