International Operations Manager - Reporting to GM

 
 International Operations Manager
Ø  Must have fashion/ perfume/ cosmetic with minimum 10 years experience.
Ø  Arabic fluency
Ø  UK/ European experience in countries. 
Ø  Will be based in KSA. 
 
Core Accountabilities / responsibilities:
Ø  Understand all key aspects of the retail business, across all key functions i.e. Finance & Planning & Retail operations
Ø  Support the development of strategic projects across all countries
Ø  Design, implement and maintain processes and dashboards
Ø  Implement new retail processes, operations and policies
Ø  Supporting the opening of new stores (travelling to international markets is required, flexibility is a must)
Ø  Plan schedule of store opening and coordinating the launch with all parties involved
Ø  Manages the inventory of supplies, displays and fixed assets in order to maintain adequate stocking level, tracking allocations and future deliveries
Ø  Main liaison between suppliers, distribution center and shipping agents to find the most cost effective and time efficient options to process shipments.
Ø  Work with local Purchasing, Finance department and Retail Managers in expediting shipments
Ø  Manage operational aspects of future store openings to support company VP
Ø  Develop Standard Operational Manual
Ø  Implements an effective and profitable sourcing and category management plans
Ø  Deliver top line sales growth through new and existing stores.
Ø  Identify new commercial opportunities and new locations to increase expansion and revenues on a global market.
Ø  Evaluate market research, competitor and customer surveys and execute strategies in line with evaluations.
Ø  Maximizing company profit, set and deliver forecast, and achieve annual sales targets.
Ø  Lead motivate and develop an International Sales team.
Ø  Communicate regular updates on key performance indicators to company VP.
