Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations, ensuring they align with our business goals.
- Lead, guide, and manage a team of 3 managers: Employee Relation Manager, Administration/Support Services Manager, and Government Relation Manager.
- Manage a total headcount of around 25 employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Requirements
- 12 – 15 years of experience in HR, mainly in the field of employee relations, recruitment, administration, and government relations.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing other managers in HR operations.
- Retail sector experience essential and highly beneficial to have worked across retail operations/Logistics/ Ecom/Marketing and Commercial disciplines.
- Strong ability to manage and work with senior management.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
