Global Recruitment Consulting Ltd trading as Global Retail Recruitment’ support retail/FMCG globally. Whilst we support partners on management to board level vacancies and therefore the future employees are unlikely to fall victim to servitude, human trafficking and exploitation we feel it is our responsibility to partner with sourcing services and client partners who offer high standards of employee welfare and fair remuneration. As a small recruitment/executive search supplier where the board hold active daily involvement with all clients and candidates both our ethics and that of our clients are managed and reviewed daily, weekly and continuously. 

Our ethical conduct is not simply compliance with legal requirements, but extends to honesty, respect for and equitable treatment of others (internal and external), integrity and social responsibility.

We conduct business following the Recruitment & Employment Confederation guidelines contained within the REC code of Practice (www.rec.uk.com/code)
